Your first five successful customer payments are subscription-free. This is a one-time allowance per business, not a monthly reset. Payment-processing fees still apply during the trial and Premium.
What happens after five customer payments?
You choose whether to subscribe for £7.99/month. Reaching five never automatically charges you. Your basic Tender Page stays free, your records remain accessible and existing invoices remain payable. Customers will never see an owner subscription prompt during checkout.
What counts towards the allowance?
Only successful customer payments count. Failed or cancelled attempts do not. Rules for refunds, split payments and manually recorded cash or bank payments are still being finalised before live enforcement.
